+ WILL YOUR BAGS FIT MY CHILD?

We’ve provided photos of the bags on kid sized mannequins on their product pages. On average, they will fit perfectly on children aged 4-8, and can be adjusted as they grow.

+ HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I PUT IN THE ADVENTURE PACK?

Pediatricians recommend that a child should carry no more than 10 to 20 percent of their body weight in their backpack. Our bags will support far more weight, but for the health of the user we recommend keeping the load within the appropriate limit for their size.

+ DO THE ADVENTURE PACKS COME WITH A WATER BLADDER?

No, but it can easily fit one up to 1.5 liters.

+ WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

On average, shipments will take 2-3 business days to process. For priority mail, expect delivery between 1-3 days. All shipments are insured and trackable.

+ HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for fulfilment once your order is placed.

+ HOW CAN I RETURN ALL OR PART OF MY ORDER

We’re sorry if you didn’t enjoy your purchase. Returns can be made within thirty days of receiving your order. We offer a full refund on your purchase if the items are brought back in original condition. An easy return label will be provided in your shipment.
